Welcome to The Empiria Project.

I’m Jess - coach, facilitator, and founder.

I help women take an evidence-based approach to setting goals: one that feels authentic, sustainable, and deeply aligned with who they are (not just what a career ladder says they should be).

My journey into coaching started back in 2013, when I heard Martin Seligman - the grandfather of Positive Psychology - speak on human flourishing at the Sydney Opera House.

I was hooked. I began to embrace every opportunity to study, work, and live all things wellbeing and growth as a teacher, coach, and facilitator.

But two things kept bothering me...

First, as I studied, I was struck by how much powerful research exists on how humans can thrive - and how little of it makes it out of universities or books into our everyday lives.

And second, even after completing my MSc Applied Positive & Coaching Psychology and coaching some of London’s most inspiring women, I was still holding myself back. Each time I wanted to step forward and share my work more widely, old doubts and rumination crept in.

The Empiria Project is my answer to both problems.

It’s a place where evidence-based strategies are made practical, personal, and accessible. And it’s where I help women get clear on their hidden barriers, shift the mindsets that keep them stuck, and build careers and lives that feel as good as they look.
