Welcome to The Empiria Project!
I’m Jess and I’m thrilled you’re here. My mission is to help you take an evidence-based approach to personal growth: one that feels authentic, sustainable, and deeply aligned with what fulfills you.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across education and coaching - supporting individuals to navigate uncertainty, build confidence, and make meaningful progress in their careers.
I have a MSc Coaching & Positive Psychology (aka “the science of wellbeing”), and my work is grounded in robust research around how people grow, change, and follow through on what matters to them most.
What I’ve seen consistently is this:
The women I work with aren’t lacking capability.
They’re often thoughtful, driven, and self-aware.
But they’re navigating internal patterns - overthinking, self-doubt, misaligned goals - that make progress feel incredibly hard and balance out of reach.
My role is to help you understand those patterns, leverage your strengths, and build a way forward that prioritises both meaningful progress and your wellbeing.
