Coaching through The Empiria Project is designed to support professional and personal growth but is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
By engaging with our coaching services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

We make no guarantees of specific results from coaching sessions, programs, or resources.

If you have a mental health condition or require therapeutic support, you are encouraged to seek guidance from a qualified mental health professional.

6. Sales, Delivery, and Refund Policy

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Service delivery: Coaching sessions may be conducted online (via Google Meet or similar) or in person (by agreement).

  • Payment methods: Accepted payments include credit/debit card and bank transfer.

  • Cancellations: Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. After 24 hours, you will not receive a refund or rebooking for the session, unless confirmed in writing by Jess.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions or digital downloads, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or credit under the ACL, please contact us at jess@theempiriaproject.com.

7. Online Store and Digital Products (if applicable)

If you purchase a digital product, workshop, or course:

  • You are granted a single, non-transferable license to use the material for personal use only.

  • You must not share, copy, or distribute course content publicly or commercially.

  • All sales of digital content are final, except as required by law.

8. Comments and User-Generated Content

We welcome respectful and constructive engagement.
However, you agree not to post or share:

  • Content that infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights

  • Offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory material

  • Links to unauthorised or copyrighted material

We reserve the right to remove comments, posts, or contributions that breach these terms.

The Empiria Project’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Purchase Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the most recent Purchase Price paid by you under these Terms or where you have not paid the Purchase Price, then the total liability of The Empiria Project is the resupply of information or Purchase Services to you.

You expressly understand and agree that The Empiria Project, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.

The Empiria Project is not responsible or liable in any manner for any site content (including the Content and Third Party Content) posted on the Website or in connection with the Purchase Services, whether posted or caused by users of the website of The Empiria Project, by third parties or by any of the Purchase Services offered by The Empiria Project.
